Seasons


Spring and Fall

Standard rates are in effect March 4, 2010 through May 13, 2010;   October 12, 2010 through November 28, 2010 and Christmas of 2010.


Summer

High Season rates are in effect May 14, 2010 through October 11, 2010.


Winter

Winter rates are in effect November 29, 2009 through March 3, 2011 except for the Christmas Holidays.
 
Note:   Winter rates are in effect for the Martin Luther King Birthday and President's Day holiday weekends.


Christmas Holidays

Christmas Holidays are Wednesday, December 22, 2010 through Sunday, January 2, 2011.   Standard rates are in effect for the Christmas Holidays.

                                          INN POLICIES


  • Two night minimum stay on high-season weekends (Friday and Saturday) and on holiday weekends
  • Single rates not available on high-season weekends (Friday and Saturday) or on holidays
  • Reservations are guaranteed with credit card
  • Personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express accepted in payment
  • Check-in time is 4:00-6:00 pm.   Check-out time is 11:00 AM
  • $20 charge for keys not returned
  • No smoking, candles or incense on the premises
    $250 charge for smoking or burning incense in the house
  • $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations
  • For cancellations within two weeks of the visit we will charge the credit card
    for the first night in each room
  • Deposit and refund arrangements for reservations of more than ten room-nights
    must be made with the inkeeper
