The Heron Haus is a 10,000 square foot 1904 English Tudor home. Renovated in 1986 with modern fixtures and contemporary furnishings, it offers bright, casual elegance on a historic site.

First Floor

Original oak parquet flooring, enclosed east view sunroom overlooking the patio, morning room, mahogany library and study, and TV room for guest use all contribute to a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Comfortable guest suites with queen or king size beds and modern, private baths are designed to ensure gracious and quiet relaxation.

Additional features include panoramic views of the city and mountains, personal phones, alarm radios, hookups for computer modems and fast DSL lines as well as sitting and work areas.

Local calls are free, and credit card calls are free of hotel service charges.

Morning Room

Heron Haus is located in Portland's northwest hills, just above historic Nob Hill shops, boutiques and Portland's finest eateries -- only minutes from city center.

A continental breakfast is served in a dining room with fireplace and includes a pastry basket, cut fresh fruit, cereal, coffee and tea.

With a total non-smoking environment, modem and DSL hookup for business computing and Internet surfing, the Heron Haus provides ideal accommodations for both the business and leisure traveller.
